We are currently looking for a dependable, friendly, energetic team member! Our single doctor office is a "boutique" pediatric dental practice focused on outstanding patient care. We have been practicing in Savannah for over 10 years with very little team turn-over. Applicants must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with at least 2 years of experience. The right candidate must genuinely enjoy working with infants, children, teens and those with special needs. Applicants need to be team focused, have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented. Upbeat personality and enthusiasm is a must!
This is a full-time position that operates Monday through Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm with only one Friday a month. Skills and Responsibilities:
- Outstanding communication skills
- A patient and friendly personality
- Current Georgia License, BLS-for the medical practitioner.
- Compliance and understanding of infection control practices and universal precautions.
- Experience with electronic health records and digital radiographs.
- Confidence in providing parents and patients with anticipatory guidance, oral hygiene instructions.
- After specialty training in our office, we value our hygienist's ability to review treatment plans and appropriate behavior management techniques.
- All team members cross-train in dental assisting and administrative duties.
