You will work out of our HQ location in Boulder, Colorado.
Manage Full-Life cycle Recruiting (job descriptions, kickoff with hiring managers, developing and nurturing a talent pipeline, screening and interviewing with a focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity).
Creatively engage our employees and leaders as an extension of talent acquisition in the continual search for talent.
Collaborate with Leadership on all key people processes.
Implement and support HR programs, processes, and initiatives such as onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits and development.
Manage People Systems (design and craft reusable metrics, models, reports, dashboards and tools to inform decisions and/or analyze trends).
Are an active and vocal advocate for People-related initiatives.
Assist in building out our brand as an employer of choice with innovative programs.
Other projects as needed.
Required Experience:Show off these skills and requirements:
Demonstrated record of measurable success developing and driving short and long-term talent acquisition strategies for hard to fill roles.
Talent to develop an understanding of the company, its positions and the skills, experience and competencies required for success.
Demonstrable knowledge of People Systems, benefits and compensation.
Essential technical skills: People Systems (preferably Paylocity), Excel, Word, SharePoint or wiki experience, social media platforms.
High level of professionalism and discretion in working with confidential information.
Ability to apply excellent issue resolution skills with ability to negotiate, mediate, resolve conflict and arrive at pragmatic solutions to problems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, know how to prioritize, focus on project details, timely delivery, and quality.
Willingness to handle occasional matters and questions outside of typical office hours.
Skill to effectively interact with all levels throughout the organization and develop productive relationships.
Inclination to learn new technologies.
Ability to actively support change initiatives in a positive manner.
Strong system and data management aptitude.
Deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment law with an eye to regulatory trends and legislation.
Bachelors’ or Associates Degree plus proven success in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a minimum of:
2-5 years relevant working experience in Human Resources or People Operations role
2-5 years full-life cycle technical recruiting experience
Alternatively, the equivalent combination of education and experience.
