Merakey is seeking a Scheduler to work within the Outpatient department located in Sharon Hill, PA Delaware county.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

  • Maintains the clinical charts and records according to Federal and State regulations and Merakey medical records policies,
  • Maintains up-to-date filing of chart documentation,
  • Files clinical information in the appropriate records,
  • Conducts spot chart audits/reviews on a scheduled basis or as assigned by supervisor,
  • Maintains the security and confidentiality of those records entrusted to his/her care,
  • Completes all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provides a positive customer service experience for all staff using medical records.
