ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes and their data requirements. In this role you will be responsible for driving technological changes and creating new systems and process to enhance business operations and analytics. You should have a passion for learning and experimenting with technology to transform systems and information into user-friendly, understandable formats. As an ideal candidate, you will excel in customer service and provide consultation to ensure the successful completion of projects.
As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will report directly to the Manager, Enterprise Applications.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Drive operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements and formats
- Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
- Drive system improvements by studying current practices; designing and delivering modifications
- Drive changes to controls by identifying problems; write improved procedures
- Advance system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; provide help desk support; train users
- Drive user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Deliver technical reports to executive management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintain and disseminate professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; benchmark state-of-the-art practices; participate in professional societies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 8 years' experience in a Systems Analyst position, or related role
- Advanced experience with a major ERP, Infor Syteline experience a plus
- Advanced SQL experience and/or Business Intelligence software
- Proficient in utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques and/or Six Sigma or related structured problem-solving techniques
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business outcomes
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Up to 20% travel for Headquarter visits, conferences, and/or training
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk and occasionally kneel or squat

EXPECTED COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $275,000 / annual salary + premium benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
