We are hiring an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO

This role is 80% business, 20% personal assistance.

In this role, you will utilize your keen attention to detail and organizational skills as you manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, acting as a liaison between community members, investors, vendors and high-profile clientele.

The ideal candidate should have an outstanding track record providing fast-paced executive support with a professional background in marketing or communications. Candidates with relevant experience from any kind of background or industry are welcome to apply.

You must have a keen interest and passion for emerging technology communities, specifically with a focus on the blockchain industry. This role will allow you to immerse yourself in a strong ecosystem of founders and pioneers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule and travel plans
  • Client interactions, relationship management
  • Event preparation, event orders, event management support
  • Simple design work, often on short notice
  • Managing and collaborating with the CEO's remote assistant
  • Create compelling presentations
  • Manage and review team schedules
  • Reservations, food and drink orders
  • Events support
  • Delegate routine tasks to the CEO's remote assistant
  • Basic social media management

You should be able to handle a variety of tasks on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced startup environment.

Tools

You should either be familar with these tools, or able to get up to speed:
CRMs (Copper), Google Sheets, Docusign, Canva, Hootsuite, Splashthat, Google Ads, Squarespace, Adobe Illustrator, Camera/Video Equipment and basic editing software

Logistics

This role is based out of the Starfish San Francisco HQ Location. Occasional travel may be required. You will get access to key industry events and conferences on a regular basis.

Compensation

Full-time/part-time opportunities available. This is an introductory level role with opportunity for fast advancement. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
