Position Description Summary:
Researches and achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.
Manage all components involved in the recruiting process from the initial selection to the completion of the search collaborating primarily with the Global & Field Sales department
Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills.
Take initiative to consult with hiring manager to understand the required skills, competencies, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company’s initiatives and strategy
Use traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques to attract and evaluate talented candidates
Update, advise and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Build applicant talent pool by researching and contacting community services, Universities and Colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments, verifying references; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements.
Arrange Hiring Managers interviews by coordinating schedules
Coordinate pre-employment testing for all candidates considered upon job offer
Create a positive candidate experience from beginning to end.

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):
Exceptional interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. A high level of computer expertise is essential. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or another related discipline required. Generally prefer 5+ years of recruiting. Previous in-house recruiting experience and Sales Recruitment a plus. Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen required.
