ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Senior Knowledge Management / SharePoint professional for a program in the Ft. Meade, MD area , with strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Defines, interprets, and develops quality standards to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information, enabling collaboration across the organization in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Recommend knowledge content; how it will be structured, shared, controlled, and made easily accessible for the needs of the customer.
Investigates and analyzes unique or highly technical customer issues providing technical assistance in establishing procedures and methods.
Interact directly with the client and interview stakeholders to capture and evaluate how their business and KM requirements can be implemented within SharePoint
Provides leadership in the areas of productivity, process improvement, and implementation of Knowledge Management Strategies. Help develop and improve data sharing integration throughout the organization within SharePoint. .
Trains and educates front-end users of the knowledge management tools (SharePoint).
Implement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology..
Provide recommendations for the development of Knowledge Management tools and offer results by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions.
Produce, for Government review and approval, Knowledge Management (KM) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with Army FM 6-01.1, which shall guide KM efforts within the organization and shall put the KM structure, practices, and governance model into place.
Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certified
Knowledge of third party apps used to facilitate workflow automation (Nintex).
All solutions must be approved by government personnel prior to implementation.
An active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required
Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, Ability to use MS Office, Ability to use PC, Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills, Listening Skills, MultiTasking Ability, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Public Speaking Skills, TeamBuilding Skills
