Treatment Centers of America is seeking a skilled Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team.

Some things you’ll be doing:
- Answer phone, check voicemail, take messages, and route calls.
- Review and analyze patient medical records to ensure accurate and complete billing information
- Work to resolve billing disputes and ensure compliance with coding regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient billing information
- Stay up-to-date with changes to medical billing regulations and coding systems
- Run and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Complete trainings and attend meetings as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Training, experience, or courses in business office activities
- Ability to work with electronic billing systems and software
- Good communication skills
- Medical billing experience
- Strong ethical and moral character references
Office Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
