The Cowtan & Tout NY Showroom Customer Service Specialist. Position is responsible for providing sales support through exceptional levels of customer service and administrative support. The position acts in a liaison role between the client, showroom sales staff and the corporate office, providing services that may include; order entry, CFA approvals, shipping inquiries, accepting client payments, creating and maintaining sales reports. The position additional may provide general office support which may include copying, filing and mailings.

- 2 years customer service experience in a showroom or design experience that is relevant to this position.
- 2 year college degree and/or equivalent career training in Customer Service, Marketing, Interior Design
- Active interest in, or exposure to the Interior Design field
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
