We are looking for a Packaging Scheduler Supervisor who will Coordinate and plan the production output to ensure the critical components are available for timely shipment to the customer.

Policies, procedures, and work instructions must be adhered to for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Material Planner as needed.
Identify system demand issues, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Generate and provide forecasts on a regular basis to support production build plan, minimize overtime, and optimize inventory levels.
Collaborate with Purchasing to plan for material and product end of life and minimize obsolescence.
Work with the appropriate manufacturing entities to establish the appropriate production quantities and frequency for just-in-time delivery.
Maintain accurate open work orders to define target build quantities.
Support maintenance of master data parameters to ensure accurate signals for quantity and dates generated by MRP (i.e. production lead times, lot sizing, and safety stock) to minimize excess.
Identify potential production risks to align processes with production plan milestones.
Assist in implementing systematic solutions to control inventory flow, minimize shortages, and maintain inventory accuracy.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years of logistics or Warehouse Management experience preferred.
Advanced computer skills.
Solid math skills and advanced knowledge of Access, SAP, and WMS software.
MRP experience preferred.
