Giga Cloud Logisticsis a fast-growing B2B market place headquartered in Los Angeles, California. We are a multinational company that operates in US, China, Japan, UK and Germany. Our third-party logistics service is specialized in large item drop shipping and last mile delivery service. We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Account Manager Last Mile Delivery to join our team. Sales Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting and maintaining relationships with new clients at West or East Coast.

The qualified candidate should have experience in distribution, customer service and preferable experience with local delivery. Geographical area knowledge of San Francisco and surrounding areas is a plus.

This position requires a self-starter who can: generate his/her own leads; work with management to achieve company productivity and performance objectives; work with customer service team to develop business relationship with our client; ability to problem solve and provide resolution to issues in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):

  • Sales of last mile delivery service
  • Proactively identifying trends
  • Prospect new clients
  • Introductory & follow up calls to new clients
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between clients and operation team
  • Conflict resolution
  • Increase conversions of current “Hot Sales Leads”

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ Years of experience in Last mile logistics
  • 2+ Years of experience in Home Delivery experience
  • 2+ Years of experience in Furniture industry
  • Geographical area knowledge of San Franciscoand surrounding areas
  • Strong research skill
  • Cold calling and lead prospecting
  • Sales tactics and negotiations
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with routing technologies

Salary: $60,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year (Unlimited earning potential for strong performers)
