Position Description

The Customer Success Executive is excited to drive growth at existing Compusearch customers through consultative selling to senior government executives. Responsibilities include:

Work with agencies, through superior consultation, to create a vision for how Compusearch solutions can make their organization more successful.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior federal agency executives.
Grow $20M+ per year of license, services, paid enhancement and maintenance revenue from Compusearch’s base of marquee government agencies.
Improve gross profitability through business mix, deal structure and pricing.
Own relationships with assigned clients and be responsible for growth, success, retention and satisfaction.
Bring an entrepreneurial approach to non-routine and complex work that involves advanced consultative selling skills to articulate the value proposition to a variety of clients (finance, acquisition, program offices, C level executives, partners).
Understand the federal acquisition business process in order to consult clients on how Compusearch solutions can make them more successful.
Establish and measure success criteria and key performance indicators with clients.
Work within a team to envision and create new solutions to bring to our customers.

Minimum 5 years’ progressively responsible experience in driving account growth within a firm providing solutions to DoD and Intelligence accounts. Ideally experience in software solutions for acquisition, finance, strategic sourcing or financial assistance.
Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with government executives (e.g. Senior Procurement Executive).
Self-starter with a demonstrated history in high growth environments who requires a very short ramp-up time.
Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
Analytical and creative thinker who is able to create solutions.
Experience leading proposal responses to government RFPs/RFQs.
Secret security clearance required, Top Secret clearance preferred.

BA or BS or equivalent experience
