Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Support the Talent Acquisition (recruiting) team with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
Scheduling telephone and onsite interviews for multiple locations across North America
Coordinate with HR partners and managers if rescheduling is required
Post jobs on external web sites, trade associations, etc.
Running reports (job postings, weekly activity, historical activity, offers, pending candidates, job posting reports through America’s Job Exchange)
Audit internal practices for compliance with recruiting processes and OFCCP requirements
Manage team shared drive ensure, updating templates, archiving documents, etc.
Prepare offer letters for candidates
Initiate background checks and drug screens; monitor for completion
Conduct reference checks
Liaise with HR partners across Ultra Electronic businesses
Registering for career fairs and preparing team with all applicable materials for event
Conducting interview and first day reminder calls
Tracking new hire start dates and scheduling 90 day post start date check-in calls
Aid in implementing recruitment technology
Sourcing passive candidates for open jobs utilizing job boards and social media
Conducting employment market research
Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills:
Associates degree and 3 years of relative experience or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience
This position works with export-controlled material. Only US persons (US Citizen or lawful permanent resident) are able to work with export-controlled material
Proficient with MS Office

Desired Skills:
Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
Keen eye for accuracy and detail
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with varying levels of leaders
Ability to work with little direction
Experience in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Background working in recruitment is a plus
Comfort with using technology; background working with an applicant tracking system is a plus
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
