Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant. We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are looking for Hosts that embody the following:

Must have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends. Part Time is available as well!

Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door-
Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service

Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours

Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers

Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills

Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty

Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
Qualified Hosts must be engaging, detail-oriented and have a team-based mentality. Two Years’ experience is a plus.
