  • Translate the client’s business challenge into a strategy and perform tactical execution
  • Utilize a variety of research tools and resources, such as ComScore and MRI, to aid in campaign recommendations
  • Develop proposals and recommendation documents
  • Develop and maintain successful client and vendor relationships
  • Educate clients and team members on the new and now


  • Issue and evaluate RFPs
  • Prepare final buy recommendations and summaries
  • Negotiate final buys and added value
  • Issue insertion orders

Implementation and Maintenance

  • Serve as point person for creative teams to ensure all assets are built out to specifications
  • Traffic creative
  • Supply on-going communication with teams with regard to campaign performance
  • Provide detailed support to supervisors and account planning teams
  • Resolve invoicing and other related billing discrepancies


  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Contribute to the develop of on-going reporting documents
  • Highlight insights and learnings for future campaigns

Must Have Skills

  • Master of Google Campaign Manager: DoubleClick, Bid Manager and Planning
  • Advanced knowledge of programmatic media
  • Exceptionally well-organized
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Passionate and curious about the advertising and digital industries


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising Communications or relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media planning and buying
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
  • Master of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Google Analytics, AdWords and Bing certifications are a plus
  • Work remotely with some travel to Pittsburgh
