ADS Security is looking for a Customer Care Specialist - 1st Shift in Nashville, TN that can support ADS Security’s legendary service. The Customer Care Specialist handles inbound/outbound calls from customers to provide information regarding products and services. Specialist will be responsible for account questions, billing, payments and resolving complaints via phone & email. Also, assist in routing calls to the correct department/branch, customer follow-up, and more.

Essential Job Duties:
Resolves Customer complaints (first call resolution)
Investigates questions related to billing, service and products
Answers questions pertaining to the customer's account
Emphasizes product/service features and benefits

Other Duties:
Performs other duties as requested

Ability to handle high inbound call volume and some outbound call volume
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

Minimum Qualifications:
1 Year Customer Service experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
Possess a valid driver's license
Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed
Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time
Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, learn and work
