Evergreen Systems is seeking ServiceNow Solutions Architects to guide and lead the delivery of ServiceNow's ITSM suite with customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations and will serve in various capacities: Technical Lead / Development Lead / Mentor / Project Lead. (ServiceNow / Service-Now). Our bar is high and it has to be. Come join like-minded professionals that can lead and automate any well thought-out business process.

Based anywhere in ANY CITY or STATE in the Continental United States (Our teams are based in over 30 different states)

Lead ServiceNow implementations and integrations in architecture, design, development and implementation
Lead ServiceNow Development efforts and provide direct guidance to our teams and customers
Lead successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes
Prepare client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and you will be rewarded
Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
Experience Required
3+ years of Leading, Developing and Delivering ServiceNow implementation solutions
IT Operations experience in storage, network and compute of enterprise environments
JavaScript is required, Angularjs is desired
Scripting expertise and exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology
Desired leadership in ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event management, and/or Orchestration
5+ years delivering ITSM software solutions (ServiceNow leadership required)
US Citizen OR Permanent Resident required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Application Developer and / or System Administrator
Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise ITSM Software solutions in client environments
Strong background working for and leading ServiceNow Consultancies and/or Management Consulting companies implementations
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player and team builder (Humble and confident disposition desired)
A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management
ITIL V3 Foundations Certification required
