Landry’s has an open position for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. Maximize sales and profitability of all Retail Concepts by managing and directing the most cost effective presentation of product that supports and enhances the Concept Brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain the unique visual integrity of the fixtures, propping and presentation of each concept.
Develop and maintain visual presentation standards for each Concept.
Create and update all Visual Manu
als and Specification Manuals.
Work with Operations to implement and audit the execution of visual standards in the store.
Develop new store opening plan-o-programs in conjunction with Operations, Merchandising and Development for both the floor and stock room.
Negotiate pricing and purchase fixtures. Coordinate manufacturing to insure timely delivery of fixtures.
Develop and maintain good relations with fixture vendors that provide us with cost effective quality fixtures.
Develop and source new and exciting fixtures and displays as needed.
Execute visual needs on special projects.
Communicate seasonal floor sets and visual enhancements to the stores.
Communicate new product and test product visual presentation to the stores. REQUIREMENTS

Strong managerial skills.
Ability to train and supervise staff.
Ability to execute and plan strategies is essential.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to continually exhibit a fresh and creative perspective in regard to visual merchandising.
Strong communicator with great time management skills and the ability to work and interact with all levels of management. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University. Previous visual experience at the corporate level.
