This is an opportunity for a Sr. Business Analyst at Sulson international. As a Business Analyst, you will adequately supply material necessary to run the business tactics and strategies. Analyse forecast and schedules of service to ensure customer support and inventory levels are properly balanced. Obtain delivery commitments and interacts with factories and suppliers to execute a delivery schedule that will meet an ongoing forecast of service. Forecasts and establishes plans for defining, delivering, and supporting significant information components into the organisation architecture. Directs the work of project team members to analyse, elicit, and validate requirements.

Process and work closely with assigned suppliers on Product Delivery Process (PDP) and / or Vendor Direct Process to ensure new parts are adopted and forecasted correctly.
Review and provide input for stocking criteria decisions on new parts for depots and other service locations.
Drive continuous improvement into the forecasting and scheduling position.
Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Directs the utilisation of requirements management tools.
Leads, develops, or modifies processes to resolve complex business issues, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Communicate with suppliers on a day-to-day basis regarding orders, invoicing and resolves shipping.
Maintain accurate and timely parts schedules for suppliers to enable customer service support metrics are achieved.
Supports design, build, and test planning phases for large scope enhancements and projects.
Drive continuous improvement into the forecasting and scheduling position.

Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, or Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience.
Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Understanding of Order Fulfilment Process.
Project management experience.
Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics.
