Description
Provide administrative support to the VP. Tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Calendar management including scheduling meetings
Organize travel
Manage expense reports
Organize and support recurring meetings including: monthly staff meetings, regular Town Halls, bi-monthly regulatory/legal reviews, and monthly OCE bowler reviews.
Organize the timelines for recurring Danaher deliverables, such as monthly operations (ops) and policy deployment (PD), annual P4G and D4G, budget, and periodic audits.
Ensure on-time delivery of official reports, for example monthly OCE bowler.
Plan and organize meetings, food, events, Kaizens, training

On behalf of the global LBS QRA function, responsible for:
Create, edit and maintain a computer-based system of LBS-wide QRA policies, procedures, templates, and reports. Responsible for maintaining revision control and organizing the dissemination of documents, when applicable.
Organizing and compiling reports, bowlers, databases, policies, action item list, and official documents.
Communicating deadlines for departmental, LBS and Danaher deliverables.
Serve as back-up for other administrative assistants, when necessary
Use Danaher Business System (DBS) tools.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years administrative support experience
Proficient if MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
Knowledge of databases, document management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
Ability to apply practical administrative experience to support executive in a dynamic environment. Ability to navigate within a global corporation and support a global team.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask
Strong writing skills and ability to use appropriate software tools to develop and edit documents, procedures, reports.
High level of integrity and confidentiality
