Our company owns and operates several residential garage door service companies located in Nevada, Arizona, California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois and Florida. We also have a plumbing business in Nevada.
Compensation: $20/hour
Location: Henderson, NV 89015
Schedules needing to be filled:
- Tuesday-Saturday (Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am-4:00 pm)
- Monday-Friday 11:00 am-8:00 pm
- Sunday-Thursday (Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm)
- Friday-Tuesday (Friday, Monday and Tuesday 7:00 am-4:00 pm, Saturday-Sunday 10:00 am-7:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch service requests to technicians across multiple states/regions
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and significance
- Utilize Google Sheets for appointment reception and organization
- Communicate with technicians and office personnel through Discord and phone calls
- Skillfully juggle appointments and technicians across various states and regions
- Inform customers about technician arrival times (ETAs)
- Handle incoming/outbound calls and schedule appointments
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues.
- Taking payments and guiding customers through financing options.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a dispatching role or equivalent
- Excellent customer service
- Fast typer
- Strong computer skills
- Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and Discord are a plus
