Opportunity to earn a six-figure income. We offer the highest commission percentage to our sales representatives than any other company in our industry; with a monthly residual base income structure for consistent sales. Average income is 150k; top sales representatives $250k+

Participate in sale cycle with provided leads, and close deals daily
Designs systems face to face with homes owners in their home
Present the benefit of solar to homeowners, and close deals on these basis: home value increase, ROI, Rebates, Customer owned systems vs. Lease
Display strong negotiation, sales presentation, & closer skills
Supporting customer needs throughout the sales process finding solutions to any issues
Meeting company sales targets along with setting goals to exceed for yourself

Required skills:
Availability to run 2-3 appointments daily between the lead times given to you daily
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Successful track record of exceeding sales targets, building a new book of business
Working in a team environment to help motivate others
Ready to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading solar company
Must be flexible to work evening in-home sales appointments and Saturdays
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout territory

What we’ll do for you:
Help you learn the skills necessary for success: At Envirosolar we require every rep to go through our top tier, 2-week, paid training. We will teach you our profound selling techniques to be as successful as you can possibly can be. You will be able to enter a home, explain the benefits environmentally and financially of going solar, and close the deal. But we don’t stop there, Ongoing training on in home automation, smart home technology, home improvement, and energy efficiency will always continue.
