Additional hours may be required upon permanent hire, including weekends and holidays.
Training Hours: 8AM-5PM, M-F
$13/hour (eligible for $1/hour raise upon permanent hire)
Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls as necessary.
Direct inbound calls to appropriate staff/department.
Schedule patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations.
Call Center Agent Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
1-3 years of related experience or training.
Basic use and navigation of a computer.
Previous knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
Call Center Agent Qualifications:
Outgoing, personable, team player.
Dedication to superior customer service.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Dependable and able to follow through on tasks.
Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and terminology.
Candidates will be required to pass drug screen and background check upon hire.
