Responsibilities

  • Coaches, trains and develops team members around processes and procedures at each station
  • Actively participates in team huddles offering great ideas
  • Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success
  • Serves as a role model and coaches Brand service behaviors
  • Fixes bottlenecks, calls chicken drops and monitors Speed of Service
  • Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
  • Spends time with the guests in the dining room doing table touches throughout the shift
  • Supports the team to resolve guest concerns quickly
  • Ensures product quality and all standards are met on their shift
  • Provides ideas to the restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics and feedback
  • Leads each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum Age: 16 years old
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred

  • Welcomes new team members and provides them with the training needed to do their job
  • Leads inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team
  • Ensures team members receive ongoing training and coaching
  • Builds the capability of the shift supervisors and prepares them for their next level
  • Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success
  • Actively coaches brand service behaviors-train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate
  • Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations
  • Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean
  • Ensures product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered

Required Education and Experience

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience

  • Monitors business: previous day numbers, schedules, cash shortage concerns, and HACCP Logs
  • Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders
  • Controls food and equipment inventory, conducts daily and weekly inventory counts, keep records and monitors food cost
  • Creates, communicates, implements and follows up on operations and financial action plans
  • Analyzes sales and labor during and after each shift; makes adjustments to labor as needed
  • Maintains Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness standards and service expectations
  • Monitors and maintains compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security and fire standards and regulations
  • Identifies problems, conducts high-level troubleshooting and seeks maintenance support for restaurant equipment
