The temporary positions noted below require a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role; demonstrated success leading and developing others in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.

The Director, Americas Marriott Bonvoy Project Management (US, CALA & Canada) provides project management support to Americas loyalty tiger team leadership. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide project management support across key loyalty initiatives during announcement, rollout, and post-rollout activities; including: planning and preparation for the Americas loyalty tiger team weekly meetings, acting as the point person for announcement communications and on-property deployment planning, leading the Americas Peak Off-Peak activation team activities at rollout, supporting the Escalation Response Team in the coordination, management, and responses to escalations, and providing content and materials for senior leadership updates on an ongoing basis.

Education Requirements:
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • MBA or related advanced degree or consulting experience preferred
The Analytics Support Director, Americas will perform and manage PoP related revenue management analysis, including hotel submarket analysis, as well as perform and manage PoP Owner / FMC escalations analysis across hotel/s, market/s, and portfolio/s as needed. The position will also liaise w/Global Loyalty Performance Management on the overrides process and critical owner escalations, manage the escalation response process, as well as perform other PoP Owner / FMC escalation roles and responsibilities.

Education Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required
  • MBA with a concentration in Finance/Accounting, strongly preferred
The Analytics Support Director, Global will perform analysis to help support the continent team on key Owner / FMC escalations analysis across hotel/s, market/s, and portfolio/s as needed related to Off-Peak/Peak. This position will coordinate with and support multiple stakeholders including continent and corporate leadership, discipline teams, and external stakeholders. She/he must have strong data analytics capabilities, be adept at leveraging diverse sources of data, anticipating challenges, and devising and executing approaches to deliver against current and future business priorities, thereby strengthening Marriott’s competitive advantage through excellence in data analytics and management.

Education Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline required
  • MBA with a concentration in Finance/Accounting, strongly preferred
