Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to provide support to the Corporate Office contract located in Frederick, MD.
Manage and maintain Edgewater's Enterprise Management System supporting certifications and conformance to the requirements of ISO 9001, 20000-1 and 27001, CMMI for Development and Services level 3, and 3PAO FedRAMP
Implement Process Improvement across the program to foster efficiencies and synergies whenever possible to maximize business productivity and operations
Facilitate Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Service Level Agreement Management, and Continuous Improvement within the system through the use of the risk register, service log, and change management log.
Oversee and manage the Enterprise Management System Document Library, Organizational Metrics, process improvements, incident management, and change control.
Schedule and Conduct audits. Analyze, compile, and report on findings of non-compliance and provides recommendations for improvement
Performs management functions such as: planning/scheduling, training and mentorship to personnel, ensuring proper resourcing, SME management, and status reporting to senior management for all process improvement, QA, and customer satisfaction activities.
Supervise quality administrator in support of the Enterprise Management System.
Oversee and manage organizational quality and security trainings and ensure compliance.
Support PMO development within the organization and integration with Enterprise Management System
Assess current state and develop a plan to achieve CMMC certification.
Internal Auditor Certification for ISO 9001, 20000-1 and 27001, CMMI for Development and Services level 3, and 3PAO FedRAMP standards
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Possess 5-10 years of experience and been directly involved with implementing or auditing systems against the following frameworks: ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, CMMI-DEV/CMMI-SVC Level 3, and 3PAO FedRAMP
At least 5 years Technical Experience in and understanding of management of IT Development, Service Delivery, and Security processes
Experience with US Government Contracting Industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage several projects at one time
