Provide Clinical device follow-up support to implant centers, clinics as directed by Regional sales team. Report to Field Clinical Manager. Primarily, the role will expand market share at current BSC and competitive centers by delivering exceptional service through team driven directives. Assist with clinical training needs for clinical specialists as needed including conducting in-services.


Develop and implement a proactive regional plan that involves clinical, sales, service support, with, Regional Manager and team members, to improve market share and increase quality of service to customers.
Provide on-site training and support to centers. Train on the theory and use of BSC software and products.
Provide on-going clinical support, which may involve candidacy criteria, assessment procedures, difficult case management and program building.
Report and track all fitting/patient problems at centers using corporate issue tracking procedures and seek input from appropriate personnel to resolve problems.
Mastery of the clinical assessment and diagnostic tools.
Assist in the professional education activities sponsored by BSC by participating in the on-site and field training workshops.
Assist when asked in the training and educational needs of incoming Clinical Specialists.
Recognize opportunities to present competitive information to further sales activities in the region.
Recognize opportunities to present competitive information to further sales activities in the region.
Work closely with local Close the Gap initiatives to develop, contribute and support the volunteer organization within the region promoting therapy awareness in underserved groups.
Support the national and regional conventions that directly impact the regional objectives.

Position Requirements:
An entry level professional with BS in Science, Engineering, Business or related work experience.
General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices.
Will need to Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards.
Knowledge in cardiovascular imaging is preferred (e.g. TEE, Echo cardiograph, coronary catheterization, cardiac electrophsiology models).
Availability to cover north territory of the island.
