What you'll do...
Develop the organizational vision and the strategic execution plan of the ecomerce Policy Governance area by performing industry and market analysis; defining processes, standards and metrics to implement controls and track performance communicating the organizational vision and strategic execution plan; developing decision making frameworks and communicating progress and measures of success to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
Oversee the definition, development, prioritization, implementation and execution of key policy strategies and communication by leading cross-functional initiatives that impact corporate processes.
Lead, manage and develop a global team of focused on protecting activities related to online Item and seller policies standards.
Partner with cross functional teams to measure risk and develop item policy and guidelines. Build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change across organizational boundaries to implement efficient policies. Connect to various stakeholders (Legal, Regulatory Compliance. Compliance, PR, IP, Merchandise teams) to define, align and properly communicate companies Item and Seller Policies.
Identify Global and local policy requirements for proper and consistent implementation of the program. Ensure item and seller global policies are developed and applied consistently across all ecommerce markets and support US ecommerce operation to implement local required Policies.
Establish standards and controls for online policy content, internal guidelines and communication about new item and seller policies and prohibitions. Implement and maintain updated internal and public facing online content for item and seller policies, keeping online documentation consistent with companies’ practices.
Lead complex, business critical policy discussions in support of the overall legal and compliance risks, operating plan and roadmap. Ideate and drive strategic change across and within the global ecommerce as part of Ecommerce center of excellence team.
Implement and manage controls to permanently monitor online activities, ensure compliance with established policies, also providing feedback to enhance controls and technology.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience. 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
