Cost Effective Analysis (CEA) Engineer
Job Type: Fulltime, First Shift
Job Location: East Hartford, CT
This individual assigned to this role will be responsible for the execution of the Cost Effective Analysis (CEA) tasks:
CEAs (Cost Effectiveness Analysis) for ECPs (Engineering Change Proposal) for submittal.
ECP CEAs after collecting and/or revising the necessary data from appropriate RMS and Module center resources
Perform CIP (Component Improvement Program).
Deliver the CEAs after receiving quality sign-off for all the completed runs from RMS and Module Center assigned IPT.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Proven working experience in project management
Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
US Citizen mandatory
Familiarization of gas turbine technology (jet engines components).
Basic understanding of engineering cost analysis.
Familiarization of reliability metrics such as failure rates, EFH, TAC, UER/SER, MTBF, SVR, etc.
Basic statistics and probability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent
