This member of the team will report to the CEO and will responsible for supporting analysis of existing and proposed ventures. 90% of the current responsibility is managing the billing and revenue cycle management (claims, A/R reconciliation, and problem solving) for one of our portfolio companies in the healthcare space that is growing at 15% per month. This team member is also responsible for managing other team members tasked with client success, outreach and retention. The ideal candidate has very strong Excel skills, knowledge of finance/accounting and the impact of revenues and A/R on the income statement and balance sheet, a very strong attention to details, a commitment to internal and external client satisfaction and an ability to work well with team members, including subordinates, peers and executive management. A four year university/college business degree (accounting, finance or management) is preferred - a MBA a bonus! We are looking for a strong team player who can assess a situation, make recommendations and execute a plan. The CEO is a serial entrepreneur, so this position has the potential to grow with the individual and will likely change over time as Bobalew expands into other healthcare and service related ventures.
