Kennedys CMK are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for the Basking Ridge US headquarters with a minimum of 5 years' experience in performing residential and commercial real estate closings, knowledge of transaction and commercial law including business formation, mergers and acquisitions.
The applicant must be able to transcribe dictation, be well-organized and multi-task. The ideal candidate must be poised with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment. A necessary skill is the ability to work under pressure both individually and within a team framework. Applicant should also have the ability to communicate effectively.
Additionally, position requires strong administrative skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Filesite, Elite and Time Matters is a plus.
