Job Highlights/Expectations :
Provide stellar support via email, phone and live chat to over 300 clients and our nonprofit users.
Ability to handle difficult users and deescalate a situation.
Reply to and resolve inquiries in accordance to our SLAs.
Become proficient using the CSRconnect platform and be familiar with clients' guidelines.
Learn the Nonprofit Portal from the user's end as well as the backend.
Assist with maintaining the Knowledge Base and that Responses (Macros) are up to date.
Identifying trends in inquiries received and communicate those findings to lead.
Report bugs and UI issues on Jira.
Help with training and development for the other team members while also being a role model.
During outages or bugs, develop a response for team members to use.
Opportunity to work on projects and assist other departments.
Opportunity to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
