As Build Magazine’s Home & Gardens 2019 Luxury Roofing & Construction Company of the Year for Central Texas, Affluent Exteriors is rapidly growing in Austin and expanding our offices in other Affluent markets in the Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio areas.

With over 15 years of experience, we serve as the premier specialist in residential and commercial roofing, siding, gutters, paint, storm restoration, repair, remodel, maintenance & construction.

We are looking for qualified, experienced professionals with roofing, storm restoration, and construction backgrounds to help service our growing client base. We are a fully digital company leveraging some of the most leading technologies for our industry. This allows our representatives in the field to receive the support they need across the organization and efficiently manage and close more deals; all while delivering the next-generation customer experience for the roofing industry.

This role is a 100% competitive commission-based package with additional benefits provided for longer-term employees. To get ramped up quickly on how we operate, we provide an internal Wiki website for training, training in the field, and paid for Certification Training to keep you at The Cutting Edge of the Industry.

We know there are a lot of roofing companies out there hiring for similar positions, but not a single one leverages technology the way that we do nor do they have the capability to build larger, complex projects while delivering a client experience for residential and commercial properties, the Affluent Way!

We Provide Our Sales Reps:
Onboarding & Training (both computer-based and field training)
A proven, easy to follow Sales process & methodology
Integrated software to assist with every step of the process from Canvassing, Marketing, CRM, Build, Client Portal, and all Contracts are digital and sent to the client with a click of a button
Full Staff Office Support Team with Project Manager assistance for the build, so you can focus on selling!
Leads, we provide quality leads every month but expect that you will go out and work your territory as well to generate your own to increase your earnings potential
Primary Responsibilities

Must be able to build rapport with both Residential & Commercial prospects
You must generate your own leads to be truly successful
Be willing to knock canvass target areas, knock doors, perform roof inspections
Facilitate ongoing general support as needed, our clients are customers for life!

Our Ideal Candidate/Team Member Possess the following:
Excellent communication skills and reliable transportation are a must
Be professional & dress accordingly; wear company shirt, shorts/jeans (first impressions and how you act are extremely important in this business)
Ability to learn and use our technology, including mobile apps, CRM, and Email
Motivated and Confident in their ability to engage prospects
Compensation

For Sales only focused representatives:
30% commission for gross sales from $0 to $500k
35% commission for gross sales from $500k to $1M
40% commission for gross sales above $1M
You are NOT responsible for managing your client builds, our project management team takes care of that for you

For Experienced Heavy Hitters:
50/50/10
You sell and manage the project from start to end
A good salesperson who generates 2 deals a week can easily make over $200k+ a year
