Job Summary:
The IT Manager will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all IT systems and services within the organization. Responsibilities include leading an IT professional, managing network and information security, overseeing IT projects, and ensuring the efficient operation of all technology infrastructure. The IT Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation to enhance productivity and competitiveness. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the operations of the IT Service Delivery Center in North America, serving as the IT Manager and leading a Helpdesk Technician while also conducting daily IT duties.
· Spearhead the organization, investigation, implementation, acceptance inspection, user training, technical support, and maintenance of critical IT projects, including but not limited to SAP, CRM, WMS, MES.
· Lead the design and architecture of the Network Premises Distribution System and Security Prevention System. This involves managing the bidding process, project management, acceptance inspections, and ongoing maintenance.
· Supervise and evaluate the performance of the Helpdesk Technician, ensuring efficient and effective contribution to the team's objectives.
· Manage Network and Information Security protocols to safeguard company assets and data integrity.
· Provide technical support for desktop systems, ensuring smooth functionality across the organization.
· Take charge of IT fixed asset management and cultivate relationships with IT partners to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications:
· Experience in project implementation/system implementation
· Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
· Ability to travel within the United States less than 10% of the time
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, other related field or equivalent experience
· Experience in IT Management, required
· Project Management Professional certification, preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
