Overview:
We are seeking servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Woody's Hideaway will be a multi faceted entertainment venue featuring Pool Tables, Darts, Ping Pong, Golf Simulators, Full bar and Kitchen, Brilliant Media Package for sporting events!
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
- Assist with menu recommendations and upselling
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations
Experience:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation
- Excellent guest relations abilities to provide a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and kitchen operations
