PLA (Product List Ads)/ Shopping Program Manager

YDesign Group is looking for a PLA / Shopping Program Manager to join our team in our Sacramento, CA office. This person must be passionate, creative, and results-oriented. In this role, the PLA Manager will manage, optimize and analyze paid online marketing campaigns for the & websites.

Responsibilities/Key Objectives:

· Lead strategic guidance and build of Product Listing Ads / Shopping program

· Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads

· Identify and test new opportunities for growth within the Shopping program

· Utilize successful bidding strategies to hit key revenue and growth KPI’s

· Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting

  • Provide data-driven, analysis-based recommendations in order to increase overall search performance efficiency
  • Optimize and continuously improve ROI campaigns across multiple ad platforms

· Manage budget within set guidelines


  • 5+ years of demonstrated expertise and experience in paid search for direct response
  • Hands-on experience with online campaign management, analysis, and optimization
  • Experience managing PLA / Shopping campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst)
  • Advanced MS Excel fluency required(pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs)
  • Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Highly personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated,results-driven professional who consistently delivers high quality work
  • Experience within an ecommerce and/or retail environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Commitment to integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
  • Enthusiasm for working as a team; ability to establish good rapport with colleagues
  • Experience with machine learning a plus
  • Experience managing Paid Pinterest campaigns a plus
  • Experience with high-end, niche, or design-driven markets such as lighting or home furnishings a plus
