Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Build and assemble various structures, including metal stud framing and door hanging
- Perform maintenance person tasks such as remodeling, drywall installation, and general repairs
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required
- Proficiency in metal stud framing, door hanging, and other related skills
- Strong knowledge of maintenance person tasks, including remodeling and drywall installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Glass installation: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
