We are currently seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager based in our Arlington, VA office.
The integrated marketing team (~50 global associates) accelerates sales productivity by developing product messaging & campaign strategy that is brought to market through experiential, digital, paid 3rd parties, unpaid media, and sales channels.
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for co-developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and cross-sell. He/she will develop a deep understanding of the product offerings and will utilize this understanding to create innovative and engaging marketing initiatives. He/she will work closely with Sales, Product, and Research to prioritize marketing initiatives according to business priorities. He/she will work closely with our content marketing, experiential marketing, events marketing, creative, and digital marketing teams to execute these strategies.
Marketing impact is measured on revenue sourced from marketing leads, brand awareness, new product launch effectiveness, and overall effectiveness in coordinating with other relevant corporate functions and teams.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with Senior Marketing Manager to support firm revenue growth by applying select marketing disciplines to drive integrated marketing strategy, planning and communications.
Coordinate integrated, multi-channel product and marketing programs intended to grow the business.
Lead demand generation marketing activity, cascading and activating the commercial organization against key product initiatives and campaigns. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new products.
Partner with leaders in research & product to develop a deep understanding of storylines and product offerings. Collaborate to successfully package, and communicate the value proposition to key client and prospect segments.
Develop compelling product messaging & positioning, competitive differentiation, and compelling storylines for taking products to market (both existing and new product launches) through collateral, training materials, pitch decks, and other sales playbooks/tools.
Regularly review marketing performance using metrics and analytics, making recommendations and adapting marketing plans to incorporate best practices.
Improve commercial teamsability to authentically engage with segments through effective scripting and training materials and sessions.
Support the adoption and activation of collateral and messaging use by the commercial and product teams, serving as the centralized voice of business tools and revenue-generating initiatives.
Collaborate across business lines to identify, leverage and integrate marketing ideas and activities.
Independently manage projects from problem identification/conception to completion with periodic guidance from Senior Marketing Manager.
Manage 1-2 marketing specialists.
6-8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment with experience in a services or solutions oriented businesses. Prior people management experience preferred.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, managers, clients and customers.
Ability to assess complex market landscape and create focused, integrated Marketing plans.
Ability to implement and manage Marketing plans, with proven track record of success.
Ability to influence and partner with internal business partners on strategic product objectives and challenges; Energy and positive attitude to work with varying stakeholders and get them through to thefinal mileof action and outcomes.
Self starter with the ability to work independently.
Excellent program, project and time management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent written communications skills; Excellent oral communication skills; Ability to present self professionally and intelligently to internal clients/colleagues.
Strong editing skills; Ability to learn substance of research quickly; Ability to graphically depict key insights; Synthesize competitive information on an ongoing basis to inform marketing strategy.
