Accounts Payable Coordinator

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will perform accounts payable and other administrative support duties for the Accounts Payable Department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and approve vouchers for payment.
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments.
Prepare accounts payable check runs.
Reconciliation of payments.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies.
Maintain accounts payable files.
Perform various administrative support duties such as filing, faxing, answering phones and mail, as required.
Provide spreadsheet reports and information, as requested.
Perform other related duties, as required.

An associate's degree in a related field preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years experience in an administrative support function.
