*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Accrual Accounting
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
*Requirements*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles
- Experience with public accounting practices and procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and other financial software (Transitioning to NetSuite)
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations
- Familiarity with GAAP standards and budgeting processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
