As a Case Manager in Northwood's Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, you will practice your skills in a fast-paced, non-traditional setting! This position allows you to provide creative, "old-fashioned" case management using a whatever-it-takes approach to getting things done for the people on your caseload. You will work with a supportive team and a flexible schedule. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based treatment approach that improves outcomes for people living with mental illness. If this role sounds interesting to you, we would be excited to hear from you.
