Job Summary:
Kickstart your career at the intersection of art and technology! We’re looking for a Packaging Associate to join Artisan Colour, a cutting edge commercial printing and digital marketing company. In this entry-level role, you’ll create custom packaging solutions for stunning fine art and graphic displays. This is just the foundation – this role opens doors to explore various departments within our innovative company, from large-format printing to finishing operations to digital marketing. Organizational Relationship: Reports to Shipping Lead, Director of Large Format, and VP of Manufacturing
What You'll Do:
- Become a Packaging Pro: Learn to create custom packaging and shipping boxes that protect valuable artwork and signage.
- Quality Control Champion: Ensure each product is flawless before it leaves our facility.
- Logistics Whiz: Master the art of organizing and tracking shipments using spreadsheets.
- Skill Builder: Gain experience with various finishing operations and light assembly tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Workplace MVP: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Dependable & Adaptable: Be ready to contribute your talents during busy periods with occasional overtime and weekend availability.
Requirements:
- Skills: Experience with spreadsheets, basic math skills, and reading a tape measure/ruler are required. We’ll teach you the rest.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Artisan Colour is known for our commitment to quality and excellence, so meticulous attention to detail is critical in this role.
- Physically Capable: Able to lift 50+ pounds and stay on your feet throughout the day.
- Eager to Learn: High school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn how to use cutting tools and other packaging equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
