SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The business analyst is responsible for analyzing sales and production, designing and maintaining inventory/sales reports. The incumbent supports disposition and capacity planning.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *

Assist in creation of yearly Sales and Production plans.

Design Inventory reports to track timing changes and future impact.

Generate reports for monthly production/sales review, and on actual vs planned margins.

Generate and maintain sales reports.

Support Inventory flow/disposition plans.

Monitor year-end inventory levels.

Analyze sales/ production reports for seasonal/cyclical trends.

Report on pricing trends/ sales grade distribution.

Demand Plan analysis.

Capacity planning by site.

Support other users generating sales information.

Audit absorption rates in work list planning to hit monthly budgets Understand Cost, BOMs, and routing structures.

Comply with all safety rules and wear all PPE required for the task(s) at hand. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 to 6 years of related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smart-phones.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
