Office Manager

Accountable for administrative support for Human Resources, Finance and Operations at the site level. In addition to financial record keeping and bi-weekly payroll, the Office Manager handles basic onboarding tasks (e.g. I-9 completion), Worker's Compensation reporting, Time Off, and Benefits Enrollment.

Preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for all team members.
Reviews and ensures accuracy of approved time sheets, tip reporting and service charges.
Maintain accurate records related to team incentives and promotions. Assist in communicating programs to team members and processing payments accurately and timely.
Maintains and updates filing system for the site. Retrieves information from files when needed.
Responsible for team member onboarding. Processes all new hire paperwork and assists with new hire orientation.
Assists with the preparation of team member documentation (i.e change forms, performance memos, etc.)
Updates team member notice boards and posts required State and Federal information.
Oversees Team Appreciation and Community Service activities.
Oversee iPic’s Applicant Tracking System opening and closing jobs, reviewing candidates and assisting Management team with interviewing and hiring decisions.
Compiles, analyzes data, prepares reports, oversees orders, completes inventory and invoice payments. Responsible for end of week/month reporting.
Monitor labor trends and bring substantial issues to the Senior General manager’s attention (overtime, work hours, etc.)
Maintain vendor invoices daily and keep inventory count on new items.
Order office supplies and uniforms.

Associate’s Degree in Business or related field; 3 years of experience in an office environment.
Payroll experience; ADP preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong planning and organization skills.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Position will require frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
