We Are Rosetta Stone
We are looking for a Manager of Inside Sales to help us accelerate our new Corporate Inside Sales business by building pipeline, contributing to bookings and developing our future sales leaders. We value hard work, a positive attitude, and are looking for an individual who is willing to roll-up their sleeves to work with the team, not just manage!

Ideal candidate will reside within close proximity to and work from our Harrisonburg, VA office location.

Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
Manage, support and develop your Inside Sales team to deliver top quality sales pipeline opportunities and to complete sales processes
Assign sales territories, set goals/quotas, and ensure proper team member training
Provide guidance to team on preparing presentations, price quotes and RFP response best practices
Provide leadership with accurate, timely forecasts along with weekly reports on team performance, including but not limited to key sales metrics (i.e. pipeline, activity and development scorecards)
Ensure proper completion of sales contracts by working closely with the Sales Operations and Deal Desk team regarding effective processes
Partner with Marketing team to ensure consistent opportunity qualification and pipeline development
Strategically identify prospecting methods aimed at increasing potential client engagement
Ensure sales, order management, and accounting policies and procedures are adhered to

Leadership Attributes:
Ability to identify key trends in top performers and provide guidance across the group to replicate success in current and future team members
Possess a strong understanding of B2B customer buying cycles and utilize that knowledge to mentor and educate team
Ability to drive consistent lead and meeting qualification process in order to increase overall sales pipeline
Ability to build a team that listens to a customer's needs, fulfills commitments and delivers world class solutions to provide an exceptions customer experience
Ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement that encourages everyone to develop subject matter and marketplace expertise
Ability to be an inspiration to team collaboration by communicating important and relevant information with staff and across departments
Being a self-starter by taking in some direction and in turn come up with new ideas and strategies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10 years experience in Enterprise Account Sales; SaaS (Software as a Service) highly preferred
3-5+ years of experience in a Management role
Experience with managing, coaching and developing an Inside Sales team
Demonstrated ability to uncover client needs and propose solutions to close new business opportunities, grow existing business, and exceed revenue targets
Strong ability to network and navigate within a matrix organization
Proficient use of sales planning, forecasting and tracking tools, such as or another similar CRM
Proficient use of Google Suite and MS Suite
Ability to work from Harrisonburg, VA office
Ability to travel up to 15%
