Receptionist/sales team member, known as a Wellness Coordinator, needed for a fast growing Chiropractic office called The Joint Chiropractic.
Duties will include welcoming patients, answering the phone, processing patient intake forms, explaining and selling plan and package options to patients, reviewing contracts, processing credit card and cash payments, scanning, copying and printing documents, resolving customer concerns, assisting with social media and marketing, using Microsoft Office, keeping the office clean, inventory stocked, and opening/closing the clinic.
Qualities needed include being friendly, confident, outgoing, organized, self-motivated, great customer service skills, detail oriented, health-minded, and punctual. Knowledge of social media and marketing a plus.
The Joint Chiropractic is a chain of 425+ clinics nation wide. We have a clean, modern decor and a good location( next to Costco). We are a walk-in clinic, with evening and weekend hours, the lowest prices and no insurance needed. Our mission is to improve quality of life through routine and affordable chiropractic care. Our clinic is open M-F 10-7 and Sat 10-4. Positional available is for M-F 9am-3pm, additional hours possible. Expected pay $17+/hr plus you will receive free Chiropractic for yourself and immediate family members living with you!
