Work with customers to create and or customize integration and reporting solutions that leverage VersionOne’s OpenAgile platform.
Help teams learn and adopt VersionOne, including the implementation of VersionOne Continuum (DevOps) and the related engineering practices.
This will include both face-to-face, on-site and remote consulting and training activities.
Manage the full life-cycle of Customer Engagements, measuring the outcomes, and helping to drive the successful adoption of VersionOne and DevOps/Agile engineering practices and principles.
Conduct process assessments, establish VersionOne and agile adoption roadmaps, establish ideal implementation design, and help customers through the validation, launch, and continuous improvement stages.
Contribute to the CollabNet Services delivery content (e.g. training materials, engagement deliverables, custom reporting).
Assist with the automation of CollabNet Services internal systems.

Approximately 2+ years developing with web services
Working experience with Agile engineering practices including TDD, Pair Programming, concepts of emergent design, BDD (ATDD), and continuous integration.
Working with one or more lean agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban).
