Our Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Group is growing, and we are looking for a talented, highly motivated Data Engineer to join ICF’s Digital Modernization Division. ICF is seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to support digital solutions for various Federal clients.
The Data Engineer will support our projects by collaborating and working with a cross-functional team to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable applications to end clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.

Develop extract, transform, and load (ETL) processing routines and data engineering pipelines, creating necessary data structures and data models to support data at all stages
Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline)
Due to government requirements, candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
6+ years of hands-on experience specifically in AWS and Big Data technologies such as S3, Lambda, DMS, Glue, DataBrew, Athena, Python, R-Studio, SageMaker, Eventbridge, LakeFormation, DMS, Redshift, RDS, ECS, etc.
5+ years of experience with data modeling, creating ER diagrams, data lake, data warehouse/datamart design, development and testing
3+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, Spark, SQL, Unix shell/Perl scripting, HTML5, CSS3, JSON etc.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
