Overall Job Function: You are responsible for driving the overall Regional (US, Canada, Mexico and Colombia) result with a strategic, and proactive approach focusing on people and business. You are part of the global omni operation management team and the bridge between global and country logistics. You will lead, manage and organize your regional team and DC managers as one team. You are responsible for all logistics sites within your region. You will maximize operational excellence and customer satisfaction leading to strong profitability.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
COLLEAGUES:
Ensure and drive a long-term and sustainable people strategy for the region, ensuring a strong talent bench for all roles.
Secure all resources for project roll outs and expansion according to omni expectations.
Own the regional communication planning and execution, ensuring all parties are informed in an inspiring way.
Ensure all logistic sites are an attractive workplace both internally and externally with the aim making H&M the Place of Possible – the Place to Be.

CUSTOMER:
Own the results for your region including innovation ideas to drive profit and action plans to improve
Own the online customer experience for your region in addition to the store delivery experience.
Have a holistic view on how logistics contribute to the overall business result and how to include and collaborate with different functions to reach the best outcome.
Keep up to date and act on campaign planning or other relevant sales related information and ensure an efficient supply chain to the customer.
Promote regional omni needs to the global logistics function and support prioritization of actions.
Have an understanding of the operational solutions in use and how they benefit the business.
Ensure that the current and the future solutions are compliant with the regional customer needs
Set overall goals and planning for the North American organization in relation to all supply chain Logistics initiatives

CASH:
Own the regional P&L (retail, online, omni), implement profit driven actions and follow up with DC managers on their DC budgets.
Responsible for planning regional vendor performance meetings and following up on contractual service expectations.
Take part in centrally coordinated steering committees for projects & decisions effecting your region.

CONSCIOUS:
Responsible for delivering a high quality, sustainable people development pipeline.
Set the implementation plan for following up on global sustainability goals and strategies for the region and provide conditions for all support departments to be involved.

Financial Accountability:
Responsible for managing Operations and Distribution Centers P&L.
Annual budget USD of more than 250 million. (Online and Retail)
Oversight of all plans and invoices.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a business, industrial engineering or logistics concentration
10+ years of management experience
7+ years supply chain experience or similar

Competencies:
Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues
Strong analytical and operational skills
Strong knowledge of distribution operations and systems
Proven project management skills.
Proven leadership skills, interpersonal skills and business acumen - performance driven.
Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation
Works well in team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes according to changing business need
Creative problem solver always looking for most optimal solution
Holistic view with knowledge about the details
Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems
