Vac Truck Operator - Experienced
Atlantic Pipe Services is seeking talented and driven personnel in the Trenchless Pipeline Industry. We are currently seeking experienced Vac Truck drivers with a CDL class “A” or “B” license to join the APS team at our “newest” Division being assembled in the Marion, Sumter & Lake, Tri-County area in Central Florida! This will be a full-time position.
Vac-Truck Operator
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Florida Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean Driving History.
- 2-3 Years’ experience operating Vac Truck preferred.
- Pipeline/Manhole Rehabilitation experience preferred (not required).
- Able to work regular hours (6:00AM – 5:00 PM). Occasional night and weekend work. Out of town work may apply.
- Handling of specialized and fragile equipment.
- Responsible for the safe and professional operation of a Vac Truck unit(s) to clean underground storm & sanitary lines, collections boxes and manholes using hydraulic jetter and vacuum equipment.

- Exposure to varying levels of physical activities. Standing, crouching, walking, crawling. Capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds or more

- Data entry (Daily logs using electronic tablets, tracking information from hob sites, issues encountered, etc.)
